Head of Hardware Engineering
Gloria Lau is the Head of Hardware Engineering at Uber responsible for delivering breakthrough technology and reliable operations for the hyperscale hardware infrastructure. As an industry veteran, she has led the development of over $1B in hardware products. Her extensive 25 years of cross discipline experience include chip, server, networking, and software engineering development. She has held various executive and senior management roles at Intel, Nvidia, SGI, Facebook, and Netspeed. Gloria holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT. She also has an executive MBA from Stanford University.
